Desolate Serenity

I went to an old temple at Mankode, on a biking trip yesterday. There were two of us, me and my old friend Arjun. When we reached there, there was no trace of human presence around the temple. It was eerie. It was beautiful.

We had come to know of this place from a newspaper article. You can read more about it here
.

Wow! Biking trips! Okay. Shifting focus to the wrong topic :-))

Getting back, lovely pic. And....... did you get some nadan sambharam on the way there? People come up with such apt things. "Sambharam on the way to a madhom"! Like....... The old tradition reinvented or something. Yes. I'm just waking up :-P

Nice. Reminds me of the old Ramsay Brothers movies where the actors would go to some old temple and come back with a devil or two in tow. Jokes apart, the place looks beautiful.

I love the serenity of temples, where u can be in peace with ur mind, at least for some time.
