The day ended with a whimper

The day ended with a whimper.
Like most days before it,
And like many yet to come.

Extreme GTD

It's extreme GTD today. Too many things to do. Won't be able to finish them all. Prioritize they say. What to when there are so many things of the same priority staring right at your face. I can only do what I can do.

Blogging via android

I'm blogging using the google app for android. Looks like it messed up the last post sprinkling it with html tags. Tsk tsk.

Vishu

<p>Another Vishu. Seems I was christened with a nick name on another Vishu two years back. </p>
<p>Time has flown. Passed by a lot of faces. Most are "single serving friends." With the duration a bit longer than an air plane serve.</p>
<p>Life is at a juncture where I've lost all sense of direction and am running amok doing things just to keep me occupied.</p>
<p>I've grown to become a hated character as well. For what I am and what I do.add</p>

Murine apocalypse

I was in a dingy estate house. The kind with a red tiled roof which was poised to fall down any time. There were just two rooms in there. One big TV room and a computer room. The computer room was a bed room which was later set up to be the computer room.

It was night and the computer room was lit up the fluorescent tubes. I saw that a large, grey rat was lying dead near the white monitor. The room was packed with junk and I had probably missed this one out earlier. Weird, it didn't stink.

Walked over to the TV room where the house mate was put up at. It too was full of of all sorts of junk. White junk mostly. Little pillows packed and strewn around the TV kept on the floor at a corner of the room. Whatever. Couldn't find the guy.

Went back to the computer room, took a news paper and held up the dead grey rat by its tail. I was about to perform a discus throw with it when I realized that it was alive. Set down the rat on the ledge outside the room. Yes, it was still breathing. The tail was slightly twitching.

Looked like the beginning of a epidemic. Straight out of a bad dream. Made my way back to the TV room where I found the house mate crouching at the corner near to the TV pointing at what I had earlier judged to be little white pillows. I walked over there and had a second look. They were just big white supine rats. They too were twitching. Playing dead most of the time.

It was then that one of them heaved itself onto two feet and let out a high pitched scream.. It's eyes were hollow and the torso blood spattered. It screamed and it fell backwards.

**What a nice dream to wake up to on a Tuesday morning**
